Choosing the right exhibition is the key to help you access the right attendees and meet your quality expectations from an event. We will search and even attend exhibitions of interest, to give you the right recommendation. Our guidance will give you a good indication about which format you want to attend the event.

Visual Presentation and Preparation Support:

After confirming your attendance to an exhibit in Turkey Cosmo can have your stands produced according to your requirements, which will be in accordance with the exhibition halls restrictions. We will make sure your stand is installed within the allocated time line with the technical infrastructure (water, electricity, cabling, visual media).

Your catalogues, flyers, invitations and promotional items can be translated, printed or prepared, delivered to the exhibition hall and placed in the allocated areas for display.

After the exhibition we will have the stand disassembled and stored for you until your next exhibition.

Company Staff Support:

It is important that you have the sufficient number and quality of staff throughout the duration of the exhibition. We can arrange the people with the right skill set, train them to introduce your products and record their meetings for future use. 

Cleaning, catering and security staff can be arranged upon your request. We can manage transport, lunch and dinner vouchers, design and cleaning of uniforms for all existing staff.

Customs Support for Special Equipment:

If you want to bring in special equipment for the exhibition, we can review procedures, restrictions, custom duties and tax obligations that may apply during entry and exit, so that you do not run into last minute problems.
